Women Lawyers of Ventura County presents: The Changing Landscape of Sexual Harassment Claims, The Impact of the #MeToo Movement
ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
This 60-minute MCLE will provide a brief overview of the basics of litigating sexual harassment and discrimination claims. The program will then provide insight into how the #MeToo Movement and similar movements such as #WeSaidEnough have changed the traditional framework in which sexual harassment claims are brought, litigated and resolved. Finally, the program will discuss the impact that the #MeToo movement and similar movements have had on the legal profession.
