Attorney Genie Harrison is honored to have been named to the Daily Journal Top Employment Lawyers List for 2019

Genie Harrison has been recognized as one of the Top Labor and Employment Lawyers in California, by the Daily Journal, the nation’s leading daily legal newspaper, focused on law and business in California. The Daily Journal cited Ms. Harrison as a major voice in the #MeToo and #TimesUp movements in the wake of recent movements to hold sexual harassers accountable. This is Ms. Harrison’s ninth year on this prestigious list.

In addition, the Daily Journal mentioned Harrison’s work beyond sexual harassment and sexual abuse litigation. Specifically, Harrison testified at the California Assembly Rules Subcommittee Hearing on Sexual Harassment and worked on the law banning non-disclosure agreements and secret settlements in such cases.

According to Harrison “… it’s important that an attorney who does victim’s right work is talking with legislators about how the justice system is working and not working.”
